Noam Tanzer Trio
Noam Tanzer is a Boston-based, Israeli-born bass player and composer. He has been featured in notable jazz festivals around the world, such as the Monterey Jazz Festival, Umbria Jazz, and the Red Sea Jazz Festival.
As a Berklee student, he shared the bandstand with the likes of Kurt Elling, George Garzone, Bill Frisell, Gary Burton, and Terence Blanchard. During his time at the college, he was selected by UNESCO Artist for Peace and Grammy-winning pianist Danilo Pérez to attend the highly celebrated Berklee Global Jazz Institute. Tanzer has studied with widely respected educators, among them Michael Klinghoffer, Bob Gullotti, Danilo Pérez, and John Patitucci. He is a current graduate student at the Berklee Global Jazz Institute.
