The #BerkleeAnywhere Concert Series features Berklee College of Music and Boston Conservatory at Berklee students performing virtually, from wherever they are in the world. We may be separated by distance, but music empowers us to unite. Wherever you are, we invite you to connect with us every Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. ET on Berklee’s IGTV and Facebook pages.
About the Artist
Destiny is a singer-songwriter from San Diego, California. She recently graduated from the San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts high school and will be attending Berklee in the fall. She is half Bulgarian and half African-American, and is inspired by jazz, funk, blues, R&B, and rock—as she puts it, "basically everything." She is primarily a vocalist and songwriter but has other passions, such as advocating for social justice and unity. In high school Destiny was a researcher for a group called Alliance for Justice and Conservation. She believes that artists have an important influence over communities and can make a positive change.
