Gordon Neidinger
Gordon Neidinger is a mandolinist, composer, and producer hailing from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, now living in Brooklyn, New York. Classically trained and an inveterate bar and festival performer, Gordon’s love for improvisation and dedication to technical excellence has taken him everywhere from NPR’s From the Top radio show for pre-collegiate classical musicians, to victories on the contest stage of Winfield, Kansas’s renowned National Mandolin Competition, to the esteemed halls of Berklee College of Music, where he studies modern composition and music production techniques on scholarship. When not playing in recording sessions, composing, or sitting behind a mixing console directing recording sessions of his own compositions, Gordon is an avid reader of beat literature and huge fan of classic B movies.
