The mission of the Office of Faculty Development is to deepen learning and engagement by supporting and enhancing the teaching effectiveness and professional development of Berklee educators. We foster and sustain a dynamic culture that recognizes, values, and rewards excellent teaching, and we promote opportunities for our academic community to undertake projects that enrich themselves as educators, scholars, and artists.
