A drummer and bombo legüero player, Tadeo Kvitca is passionate about percussion and its application to music, whether it is his native Argentine folklore roots or a modern approach to contemporary genres such as rock, funk, and pop.
Although he began studying drum set at age 11, percussion has been a part of his life since before he could stand up. Kvitca finds percussion—especially drum set and bombo—to be one of the most natural and organic ways of expression through music. He strives to connect folklore music from South America and infuse it with new influences.
