Taking Off is a jazz fusion band led by keyboardist Evan Fort and drummer Daniel Huerta. Influenced by artists such as Chick Corea, Herbie Hancock, and Roy Hargrove, the group blends tight compositions with dynamic, expressive improvisation. Following the release of their self-titled debut album in April 2025, Taking Off will perform a set of all original music, showcasing their evolving sound and fresh approach to modern jazz.

Please note: The concert is free, but you will need to purchase a ferry ticket to Spectacle Island.
