Makena Tate is an indie pop/rock artist heavily influenced by Fleetwood Mac and Del Water Gap. She played a total of 77 shows in California, Massachusetts, and New York in 2023. So far, she has been accepted to and will be playing two music festivals in 2024: North by Northeast and LAUNCH Music Conference & Festival. She will be releasing her sophomore EP in full in June 2024. Her dynamic, impressive vocals weave a spell over audiences, while her lyrics and melodies paint vivid stories, all beautifully unfolding in her spell-binding live performances. With 50 shows over summer alone, including a notable headlining performance at Ventura Music Hall, two successful debuts in New York City in September, and her sophomore EP on the way, she is eager to share her new music in hopes of leaving a lasting imprint on listeners.
