Elise Rochet is an alternative pop singer-songwriter from the small town of Mechanicsville, Virginia. She is currently in her senior year at Berklee College of Music studying music business/management and vocal performance with the Berklee World Tour Scholarship. In her time at Berklee, she has been active in a multitude of showcases as a lead vocalist. Highlights include the Michael Jackson Ensemble, the Mariah Carey Singer’s Showcase, the Fleetwood Mac American Songbook Tribute, the Coldplay Singer’s Showcase, and the Pink Singer’s Showcase. Outside of Berklee, she performs with many cover bands across New England, including Night Shift Entertainment, Big Party Orchestra, Hit Play, and the Last Minute Bands. She also holds a residency just down the street at Loretta’s Last Call with her own band. When writing and performing her own music, she takes inspiration from female songwriters and powerhouses such as Hayley Williams, Reneé Rapp, and Heart. With her heartfelt, authentic lyrics, Rochet hopes her songs make her audience feel like they are not alone when it comes to maneuvering heartbreak and happiness. She looks forward to releasing her new EP, which follows the tragically complex and beautiful story of becoming a woman in this day’s social climate.

Elise Rochet will be performing as part of Berklee’s Summer in the City 2026 concert series. View series schedule.
