Daven DuBois is a 20-year-old multi-instrumentalist from Grand Rapids, Michigan, who plays 24 instruments. A film scoring major at Berklee College of Music, he is passionate about creating music that tells a story. Currently performing as the piano and oboe player in Career Jam, DuBois brings a versatile and dynamic approach to his craft.

Inspired by reharm piano style players like Elijah Fox and Errol Garner, his playing blends rich harmonic textures with a natural sense of improvisation. His style is all about embracing his own sound, combining different influences without sticking to one specific genre. With a deep love for instrumentation and experimentation, DuBois sees music as a way to connect with others and explore new ideas. Whether through intricate melodies or raw, simple moments, he aims to create something real—something that reflects who he is—and invites others to do the same.

Daven DuBois will be performing as part of Berklee’s Summer in the City 2026 concert series. View series schedule.
