Arina Bagaryakova
Arina Bagaryakova is a singer, poet, and pianist from Ekaterinburg, Russia. While at Berklee, she has had the opportunity to study with Terri Lyne Carrington at the college’s Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice and with Danilo Pérez at the Berklee Global Jazz Institute. Currently, Arina is working on releasing her first album, a blend of jazz, folk, and pop music. She is deeply inspired by Russian literature, rich folklore culture, and Soviet cartoons. For this concert, Arina will be accompanied by Ciara Moser on bass and Ilya Blazh on drums.
