Nikos Chatzitsakos Tiny Big Band and Jazz Orchestra
The Nikos Chatzitsakos Tiny Big Band and Jazz Orchestra perform originals, arrangements of popular songs of the Broadway era (1920s–1960s), and compositions by jazz musicians from the same period.
With his arrangements, Chatzitsakos attempts to connect jazz tradition with the modern soundscapes of the genre. The Tiny Big Band consists of six horns, and the Jazz Orchestra is a big band ensemble.
