Lizje Sarria
Colombian performer Lizje Sarria is a versatile composer, arranger, and solo artist of soulful music.
She began singing at age 3, learning to love the voices of Whitney Houston, Aretha Franklin, and all kinds of soulful music. As her talent developed, her musical horizons broadened to include an affinity for Colombian folklore; bands such as Ascend the Hill and Delirious; and vocalists such as Mahalia Jackson, Lauryn Hill, Dianne Reeves, Mercedes Sosa, and Concha Buika. They inspired Sarria to continue learning and training, and allowed her music to blossom.
