ENSEMBLE / PARALLAX
Cutting-edge contemporary music and multimedia group ENSEMBLE / PARALLAX (E/P) concludes its fourth season with a concert at Berklee. The group, directed and conducted by Peyman Farzinpour, assistant professor in the Composition Department , consists of some of the top classical musicians in the Northeast, and will be performing a concert highlighted by two works by the award-winning Per Bloland, assistant professor at Miami University. The show will also feature music by the renowned 20th/21st century composer and conductor, Pierre Boulez, as well as compositions by Farzinpour. The performance will be complemented by E/P’s five newly commissioned videos for these compositions by video artists Zebbler (also a Berklee faculty member), Maura McDonnell, Russell Chartier, and David Webber.
