The Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Julius P. Williams, will perform alongside an extraordinary jazz quintet featuring legendary bassist Ron Carter, saxophone virtuoso Joe Lovano, masterful pianist Kenny Werner, versatile drummer Ron Savage, and Italian saxophonist Marco Pignataro, the artistic director of Va Pensiero. This concert, part of the Festival of Italian Creativity 2024, is sponsored by the Italian Consulate of Boston.

The Berklee Global Jazz Institute's big band performs under the direction of Professor Chase Morrin.

Greg Loughman will be joined by a stellar cast of musicians to present a concert of groovy modern jazz, featuring original music as well as intriguing arrangements of jazz and popular songs.

Khalid Razick presents an eclectic set of music bouncing from Palestinian folk to jazz and everything in between.

Bell Thompson is a trumpet player and composer originally from Seattle, Washington. Thompson's melodic and expressive trumpet playing embraces the jazz tradition, and characterizes her unique artistic voice. 

Berklee Global Jazz Institute celebrates 15 years with an open jam session. All faculty and students are welcome to come and play with us and enjoy an afternoon of creative music making.
