Originally from Palestine, Amandla Khaled(Opens in a new window), who performs as Amandla, found her voice through writing music. She is currently studying at Berklee College of Music and is continuously working on her music as well as performing as often as she can. Her debut EP, Explicit Minds, is set to release in the fall of 2019 and documents her mental health journey and her struggles with post-traumatic stress disorder from being raised in a war-torn area.
