Psychology of Mental Health

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being and its effect on how we think, feel, and act. This course will explore the spectrum of mental health, including the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness, and will consider how biological, social, and psychological factors can impact mental health.
