This advanced course dives deep into all the different steps of developing complex interactive audio software, from the theory of sound science to the practical skills needed for industry-standard audio programming and the deployment of launch-ready audio software. Students will embark on an intensive journey through the core concepts of audio programming, exploring advanced topics such as digital signal processing, software synthesis, and algorithmic composition. Through a hands-on approach, students will implement these theories in real-world projects, developing an applied understanding of how to craft interactive audio experiences for various applications, including audio plugins, embedded audio systems, and mobile apps.
