This course delves into the challenges of commercial electronic music production and sound design, examining various situations that necessitate composing in diverse musical idioms, adhering to specific stylistic guidelines, and working under common constraints. Students will apply their skills in composition, electronic music production, and sound design to complete projects that present them with issues and challenges commonly encountered by working composers, electronic music producers, and sound designers.
