Bluegrass Jam Band (Jamgrass)

Course Number
ENRT-205
Description

The Bluegrass Jam Band Ensemble will study and perform music formed by the fusion of traditional bluegrass and jam band sensibilities into the more recent genre of jamgrass. Students will explore music by artists such as Billy Strings, Greensky, Yonder Mountain Stringband, The Infamous Stringdusters, Leftover Salmon, and more. Students will participate in weekly supervised rehearsals building towards an end-of-semester performance.
