Advanced Digital DJ Mixing

Description

In this course, students will expand upon their education from MTEC-335 Digital DJing Technique. Students will focus on long form mixing and on listening to songs critically to identify structure and create dynamic playlists based on style, sound, and key.  Additional production aspects, such as video and lighting synchronization and live streaming, will be discussed. This class will help students prepare to play live DJ sets for events from nightclubs to festival stages.
