Ballroom Dance is an experiential studio course that focuses on developing the basic skills of ballroom dance where the art of two bodies move as one through the use of lead and follow techniques, improvisation and creativity. Emphasis will be on introducing the different Standard forms of ballroom dances: Foxtrot, American Waltz, Quickstep, Polka, Viennese Waltz and more.
