Intermediate Ballet

Description

This intermediate level classical ballet technique class is informed by contemporary holistic somatic approaches. Students will focus on proper body alignment, correct placement of the body, head and arms, rotation, extensions, and turns. Class will include exercises at the barre as well as the classical progression of center work from adagio to grand allegro.
