Description

Students enrolled in this course will survey and explore the current genres and subgenres at the forefront of popular electronic music and audio/visual needs. Categorizing stylistic hallmarks through production style, sonic palette, tempo and other identifiers, students will work towards mastering genre-specific writing scenarios and harvesting commercially competitive sonic aspects of successful records to be implemented in their own productions.
