Description

This course is designed for non-native English speakers who are interested in improving their singing skills in the English language. Through a combination of interactive lectures, guided practice sessions, and individualized feedback, students will learn how to accurately pronounce and articulate English lyrics while singing and convey emotions and meanings through their performance. The course will cover topics such as diction, intonation, rhythm, phrasing, breath control, and vocal range, as well as performance techniques specific to English language songs. Students will also explore and analyze various musical genres and styles in the English language, and learn how to make the most of their vocal abilities in each style.
