Description

This course introduces students to the fundamentals of music production using Ableton Live. The class covers the essential tools and techniques for recording, editing, arranging, and mixing in this DAW. Students will explore MIDI sequencing, audio manipulation, and effects processing, developing the skills needed to create their own tracks. Through in-class practical time, students will gain confidence in navigating Ableton’s workflow and “in-the-box” compositional conventions and writing techniques.
