Description

This course provides students hands-on experience in the project management of technically complex live events. Through the organization, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of events on and off the Berklee NYC campus, students function as the crew chief, project manager, venue manager, and technical director of a variety of live events. The effective communication and management skills developed in this class will be necessary for the satisfactory completion of their culminating experience projects.
