Description
Students enrolled in this course will learn how to design and execute live electronic performances for onstage artists and front-of-house engineers. Considering the artist’s vision as well as established sonic elements, students will design environments for triggering and mixing interactive musical events in real time. Students will draw upon current real-world electronic performance scenarios and work at a professional level to learn the standards and practices that are required to work in this technology-forward and constantly evolving field.
