Movement and Style

CMAT-543

Students enrolled in this course develop their artistic brand, identity, and style through the creation of original choreography, fashion looks, and professional quality digital media assets. Focus is placed on digital storytelling, physical awareness for camera and stage, creative problem-solving, artistic intuition, efficiency, teamwork, confidence, and creative ideation. As a class, students produce a fashion show with custom choreography that exemplifies their personal branding and musical sound. Then individually, students create a social media portfolio that includes professional photography, complete fashion looks, and carefully choreographed music videos.
