Immunizations
As part of the completion of your acceptance process and per the Massachusetts code of regulations, all entering and transfer students must submit a completed Berklee immunization form to Magnus Health, Berklee’s provider for collecting, managing, and tracking immunization information.
- For students entering in the summer semester, the due date to submit your immunizations is April 1.
- For students entering in the fall semester, the due date to submit your immunizations is August 1.
- For students entering in the spring semester, the due date to submit your immunizations is December 1.

Students admitted to the First Year Abroad program must complete their immunizations before arriving in Spain. Please plan accordingly, as all required immunizations may not be available in Spain.
