Past Event Highlights

Amplify Berklee has a rich history that began in 1994, raising $1.4 million in 2025, and has continued to raise millions of dollars in support of Berklee City Music students. This annual event amplifies the voices, stories, and talent that make Berklee and the Berklee City Music program so exceptional while creating an immersive and inclusive experience that reflects the diversity and creativity of the larger Berklee community.

Over its 30-year history, the gala has welcomed many distinguished guests and artists, including James Brolin, Jamie Lee Curtis, Gloria and Emilio Estefan '07H '16P, Darryl “DMC” McDaniels, DJ Jazzy Jeff, Grandmaster Flash, Christopher Guest '07H, Chaka Khan, LL Cool J '23P, Michael McDonald '11H, Nile Rodgers, Sinbad, Tower of Power, Molly Tuttle '14, and many more.

Funds raised through Amplify Berklee continue to support Berklee City Music students from under-resourced communities, helping them access life-changing educational opportunities at Berklee and pursue their dreams, regardless of financial circumstance.
