A native of Massachusetts, Karen Carr was born in Beverly and raised in Danvers. At age 18, while attending Berklee College of Music, Carr joined her first rock band and performed sold-out shows through the New England region. During that time she began singing local and national TV and radio jingles. She graduated from Berklee in 1990 with a degree in professional music. With her professional experience, world-class talent, and passion for music, Carr is one of the most celebrated and sought-after vocalists in New England. Known for her powerful voice and stylistic versatility, she possesses a presence that is passionate, energetic, warm, and alluring.
