Berklee's new 16-story tower, at 160 Massachusetts Avenue, opened to its first residents on January 13, a week before the spring 2014 semester began. The tower, which will house students, also boasts state-of-the-art recording studios, dozens of practice rooms, a fitness center, a 400-seat cafeteria and performance space—and some of the best views in town.
