Alumni and Students Hit SXSW Stages

Berklee-affiliated musicians will be everywhere at South by Southwest this year, including official showcases and unofficial ones, panels, and the annual Berklee live music party.

March 10, 2014

This year’s South by Southwest (SXSW) conference and festival events include a large number of Berklee alumni, students, faculty, and staff performing and speaking, including Grammy Award-winning band Imagine Dragons, opening for Coldplay. Other notable performers include St. Vincent, Lucius, and Lost in the Trees. Berklee-affiliated talks at the music conference include expert faculty, performers, producers, and A&R reps who will address topics such as music business, marketing, technology, and legal issues. Berklee will also be holding its annual SXSW party on Thursday, March 13, which will feature many artists and bands.
