One of the highlights of the 2008–2009 Music Series at Berklee arrived in March when vocalist and percussionist Philip Bailey performed a night of his music with students. Bailey, whose four-octave vocal range and songwriting ability helped make Earth, Wind & Fire one of the biggest pop groups of the 1970s and beyond, took to the stage after a week of working closely with students behind the scenes.
Songs on the program for Shining Stars: The Music of Earth, Wind & Fire included classics like "September," "Devotion," "Fantasy," and "Shining Star." Click on the photo to get a few glimpses of the concert.
