Application Deadlines
To be considered for admission by our Graduate Board of Admissions, we must receive your completed application and all supporting documents by 11:59p.m. (eastern standard time) on the deadline.
The only difference between early and regular action is that early action applicants will be notified of their admissions decision several months before regular action applicants, giving them priority to reserve their place in the program and additional time to plan for the upcoming year. Early Action
- Application deadline: November 1, 2023
- Admissions decisions issued by December 15, 2023
Regular Action
- Application deadline: January 15, 2024
- Admissions decisions issued by March 15, 2024
Extended Action
- Application deadline: March 10, 2024
- Admissions decisions issued by April 20, 2024
Review of the applications will begin shortly before the deadlines.

Please note these decision dates are not offered for the contemporary performance (global jazz concentration) program, held on the Boston campus.
