Second-year performance majors in the Piano Department will come together to perform a solo piece of their choice. These three concerts recur at the end of each semester and are led by Laszlo Gardony, a professor in the Piano Department.

For his senior recital, Alex Williams presents a program celebrating the prolific “song drummers” that have had the biggest effect on his playing. A few of the iconic drummers honored include Hal Blaine, Ringo Starr, Jeff Porcaro, John JR Robinson, and Russ Kunkel.

Rock N' Riley is a blues rock band formed by Rock Choi (Seoul, South Korea) and Josh Riley (Leonardtown, Maryland). The two of them met and formed the band at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. 

Jazz pianist Monique Zhang features her stride piano style with standard jazz in this concert with her musician friends. There is going to be an original composition by Zhang at the end.

In his senior recital, drum set principal Quan Bian (aka Bruce) will perform some funky tunes with his friends. Other genres like samba, drum ’n’ bass , and R&B will also be performed. 

Emirati singer Sara Al Hashimi presents The Songs I Like to Sing, a senior recital of original tunes and covers from musical theater, pop, Motown, and more. 

This concert will feature the music of Chet Atkins and Jerry Reed. Students will play fingerstyle guitar solos and ensemble pieces. 

Multi-instrumentalist Hunter Button and his band will perform a variety of new and classic tunes on guitar and pedal-steel guitar in his genre-bending senior recital. Seeking to mix sentimental sounds with modern approaches, this recital will feature an eclectic mix of jazz, folk, classical, country, and pop arrangements.
