Gringer is responsible for signing new talent, managing the writer roster, and overseeing the company’s international creative affairs. At Pulse, he works with songwriter Marty James (who cowrote the Justin Bieber remix of the Luis Fonsi + Daddy Yankee single “Despacito”), as well as writers and producers who have worked with Enrique Iglesias, CNCO, Nicky Jam, Juanes, and Anitta, among others.
