The Business of Latin Music Symposium
Come join the Music Business/Management Department as they celebrate the business side of the global phenomenon that is Latin music with executives and artists from Miami-based RichMusic.
Founded in 2007, RichMusic has established itself as the top boutique independent Latin record label in the industry. Housing a first-class talent roster, including distinguished Latin Grammy and Billboard Latin Music Award nominees, RichMusic continues to be driven by its inspiring mission to "Always Dream."
Tonya Butler, chair of the Music Business/Management Department, will be joined by the RichMusic's head of A&R and Berklee Valencia alum Andres Arenas. Butler, Arenas, and RichMusic artist and super-producer Symon Dice will discuss the state of the Latin music industry, as well as how aspiring artists can break into the business. The interview will include live performances from two of Berklee's most popular Latin music ensembles.
