Learn about RAIDAR, a music licensing platform designed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Berklee, by and for Berklee students.

Hear from Berklee student team members to learn how RAIDAR gets artists paid for their music while maintaining ownership of their creative work and learning the basics of copyright and intellectual property. Music Business Department Chair Tonya Butler will share how RAIDAR fits into Berklee's courses and the Intellectual Property Policy, and how to get involved.

Hosted by Nicole d'Avis, BerkleeICE's managing director, and George Howard, a Berklee music business professor, this session will teach you how to license your music for audiovisual works such as film, video games, and virtual reality while gaining an understanding of the true value of your songs. You'll also find out how to join a community of creators.
