Project Management (Virtual Workshop)
This course will expose participants to the fundamentals of project management and how they apply to the music industry.

A musician is a project manager. A producer is a project manager. A band leader is a project manager. Everyone has heard the term project manager, but do we really understand the value of project management in the music industry?
You will learn about the role a project manager plays and when to consider adding a project manager to your project. We'll even dive into real-world examples of a project manager being added to a team, resulting in a significant contribution to team success.
Participants will:
- Learn about the importance of and skill sets of project management
- Observe real-world examples
- Understand when they should consider adding a project manager
- Learn about various project management software, and when any should be considered for use.
