Sandra Musella

Director, Student Success Advising

Sandra (she/her) has over 30 years of experience in higher education, holding an M.Ed. in Counseling and Psychology from Cambridge College, and a B.S. in Education from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Sandra began her Berklee career as an administrative assistant in the Housing Office, then was assistant to the chair in the Music Synthesis Office (now Electronic Production and Design), and then worked in a variety of positions within counseling and advising at the college. Sandra is passionate about working with and helping students reach their educational goals. Students are the reason why she works at Berklee.

Outside of Berklee, Sandra loves to spend time with her beautiful daughter, her family, their menagerie of animals, and her friends. She enjoys going for walks, playing basketball and tennis, boating on Lake Winnie, traveling, and listening to music and podcasts.
